Twist filler - You turn the knob at the end of the barrel which acts on an offset paddle in the barrel to squeeze and fill the sac.
Fully serviced with new sac - write tested - perfect working order.
Excellent condition - just light normal surface usage marks. Triple cap bands all tight.
