In solid BLACK with gold plated trim - twin cap bands - 'Swan' medallion in cap top.
Crisp barrel imprint 'Swan Leverless Mabie todd & Co England.'
No model number at barrel end but I'm happy it is a 0160 having sold several before.
Measures 128mm with cap posted - dates from 1930s.
Correct 14ct Gold nib stamped 'Swan 2 14ct Mabie Todd & Co.' Semi - flex MEDIUM nib, very smooth writer.
Twist filler - You turn the knob at the end of the barrel which acts on an offset paddle in the barrel to squeeze and fill the sac.
Fully serviced with new sac - write tested - perfect working order.
Good condition - normal surface usage marks.
Very nice original example with a particularly nice nib.
