Product Information

KENRICK & JEFFERSON  'SUPER'  Fountain Pen   Lever Filler

Kenrick & Jefferson were stationers based in West Bromwich and with showrooms in 10 other major cities in the 1910/20s.

The K&J 'SUPER' range of pens was made for them by Mabie Todd and Co.

c1922 - classic BLACK hard rubber or vulcanite. As is common with hard rubber there has been some discolouration over the years. In this case it is quite slight. No attempt made to restore original colour - much prefer to leave as is.

Trademark orange insert in the top of the cap. Cap originally clipless but has removable K&J accomodation clip. Probably been on there for some time. Bandless cap with chased pattern.

Nice sized pen measuring 137mm capped. The Super was not as large as the MID Super.

Barrel imprint 'Kenrick & Jefferson Ltd West Bromwich Made in England.' K&J Logo and 'Super Pen' on opposite side of barrel.

14ct Gold nib with K&J logo. Firm MEDIUM nib in excellent condition. Original feed.

Lever filler - fully serviced - new sac - hand polished and write tested - perfect working order.

No cracks or splits and no personal engravings.

A lovely English early lever filler - full of character and very collectable.

Very soon be a 100 years old but still looks 'Super.'
