CONWAY STEWART 759 SET - Fountain Pen and Propelling Pencil.

BLACK with gold plated trim. Made in England 1940s. Smooth finish - no pattern.


FOUNTAIN PEN - Crisp barrel imprint 'Conway Stewart 759 Made in England. Black peaked cap stud single cap band -  Long version of the 759, measures 130mm capped.

Correct 14ct Gold Conway Stewart No 2 nib -  would say writes BROAD side of MEDIUM - semi-flexible nib in excellent condition. Super-smooth with a nice wet line. Plwase see writing sample.

Lever filler - fully serviced - new sac fitted - write tested - perfect working order.

Matching CONWAY STEWART 'NIPPY' PROPELLING PENCIL - twist action propel/repel pencil in perfect working order.

Spare leads in barrel (probably the original leads) and takes readily available 1.1mm leads.

In Conway Stewart green/gold waves double box with guarantee paper. Box a little rubbed and grubby but looks nice and is sound.

Both pen and pencil are in beautiful condition and look to have been very little used. Virtually no usage marks at all.

Very collectable set - hard to believe almost 80 years old. Don't forget the fabulous nib!
