Product Information

CONWAY STEWART 22 FLORAL Fountain Pen.

Cream/ivory floral pattern with grecian cap band. Gold plated trim.

Circa 1955 - Made in England - lever fill. measures 125mm (approx 5") capped

The floral was made in very limited numbers. Originally aimed at the ladies pen market, it is believed to have been discontinued after the first production run - hence the rarity.

Estimates of the numbers made vary from 200 to 2,000.  Think 2000 is more likely.

Cream/ivory colour is prone to discolouration/yellowing and very wide variations in condition are seen.

Colouring on this one is not perfect. I would describe it as average condition. Have certainly seen worse.

Correct 14ct Gold Conway Stewart No 5 nib. MEDIUM nib. Beautifully smooth writer, a real pleasure to use.

Pen has been fully serviced and write tested. Perfect working order.

No dings, dents, damage or personal engravings. Boxed with instructions/guarantee paper.

Asking prices for Florals vary widely. There are two on Ebay at present (November 2016) at £645.  I think mine are realistically priced to sell.

There is a choice of two on the website right now at present - please also see SN5872.
